Probably worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been to this store twice because it’s the closest to me and both times I had to end up going to other location. I don’t recall the name of this young kid they have working there but it’s honestly ridiculous how bad of a agent he is. He doesn’t help you at all, just stands there waiting for you to figure stuff on your own and it’s on his phone on the meanwhile. He basically told me I could order something online with my own phone and just walked away when I’ve already spent 30 minutes there and they were the ones that messed up with what I ordered.No clue why the store it’s always packed, it’s because they’re clueless on how to help customers.

May want to change and add. Gave my phone number not making a purchase or change. They would not help me at all unless I showed I'd. Verizon said that was not how it is supposed to be done .

After spending countless hours on the phone with someone who didn't speak English, & chatting for hours with someone who didn't understand my issues, I am so thankful for Jazz, and I think the Manager's name was Elaina. These ladies fixed my issue with billing in no time! I had prepared my paper trail and one phone call later, it was fixed! From now on, I will ALWAYS do business with Verizon IN PERSON! Thank you ladies, I really do appreciate you both!

I initially started a postpaid Verizon phone plan on my own online, and decided to cancel and go with prepaid. Because I cancelled the postpaid and tried to open a prepaid account the next day, it caused issues with my numbers not being able to port. I came to store for help with activation.The store manager, Anthony, and another female specialist (sorry I don't recall her name) was very helpful. They eventually figured out to call the Tier 2 support and release the ports. We were able to successfully activate the prepaid account, thanks to their help.The store can be busy with lots of customers sometimes, and it's hard for the sales reps to get to everyone, so need to be patient and understanding.We previously had ATT, but Verizon has much better coverage in the Katy/Fulshear area, especially in buildings. The new prepaid unlimited plus $60 plan is great (it has 50GB of data on the same qci priority level as the postpaid get more/play more plan).

Terrible customer service at this location. I just left there trying to get a new phone for my son. One customer other than me, and three people working. The manager barely acknowledged me and said she couldn’t help me until the other rep was done. She told me the wait would be awhile. No thanks I’ll take my business somewhere else

The Verizon data/5G/LTE signal in Katy has been abysmal for a couple of months now, all my family, friends, and colleagues agree. My favorite part is that if you submit a support request, they’ll respond quickly, but you can’t respond back because the submit button doesn’t work on pc or mobile in any browser.

Poor customer service again. Will probably be the last time I use this store. I went to pickup my order after text it was ready at 4:54 pm. Got to the store at 5:05 door was locked. Store hours on door say 10-6 pm on Sunday. I wain outside after what appeared to be the manager waived and said just one minute. I see two store employees standing around. The manager then come out and says were closed and the phone is locked up. I said why would you send a text if the store is closing at 5. He said well there is nothing I can do. Aren't you the manager, i just picking a phone up. No we're closed. and shuts the door. Now I have to make second trip because of this. Either don't prepare the order so close to closing or how about a little customer service grab a long time customers phone.

Very unfriendly staff. Had to wait over an hour to be helped. Because it was past closing by the time we were actually being helped, we were basically kicked out when my husbands card wasnt working. once leaving the store, my husband got an email that confirmed his card wasn't actually declined and he paid for the phone, but they wouldn't let us back in and get the phone he paid for. Made him wait outside for 15 minutes just to yell at him to leave. Lol, it wasn't our fault we had to stay late in your store, why get so mad at us?

Went in to open a phone plan & the process was a breeze thanks to Edgar! He was so efficient, answered all my questions & was incredibly kind. Had a great experience at this store!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been with Verizon for 24 years and this group has definitely made me decide to leave.
