Can not say enough about the gentleman who assisted me with online payment issues, no questions asked. He worked with me and offered a fair resolution! Give staff grace and patience. We dont know the magnitude of damages from Beryl in the wake of the aftermath! Gratefu customer!

They do not make it easy to cancel your service. We wanted to stay with them for the tv service, but their service department made the decision easy.
