“I just wanted to leave a review for an amazing Sales Representative by the name of Saniyah. First let me explain that I came in the store at 11 and left around 2pm. My phone screen had cracked so bad I hardly had access to do anything which realy delayed the transfer process. Saniyah was so extremely patient, we clicked right away, she was very informative about the Boost plans and phones, she walked me through the entire process. I left with the phone I really wanted and I truly Thank God for Saniyah . She was a true blessing to me . I highly recommend if you stop at this location to request her. She is friendly, informative and such a GREAT ASSET TO BOOST MOBILE. Thanks Saniyah so much for all of your help ?”

The gentleman I spoke with a gentleman that redefined what customer service is and patiently walked me (a non techie) completely through to completion and even went above and beyond calling the next day to ensure all was well! Highly recommend as they have definitely impressed!!! Truly grateful and ecstatic with their service!!”

“Anthony Cruz helped my family and I transfer our devices from another provider to Verizon. It was a tough situation we were in, as phone lines were mixed up between devices. He took the time to assist us. He was very knowledgeable about how to fix the issues. He explained clearly what would happen step by step. He was able to help us successfully get us started with Verizon. If you need assistance with your Verizon phone, Anthony is your guy.”
