I stopped in to get a quote for a paint job had small issue with a dead remote battery and they had a battery delivered and changed in the amount of time it took to get a quote. It may seem like a little thing, but it really showed their professionalism and willingness to help. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and will definitely be back. The paint job is amazing also!!”
“Incredible service, timely, efficient, personable and knowledgeable. I took my car in after 2 people were not able to help me. They suggested a body shop. My seat belt was seriously hinged into the door and would not open. Casey, dug right in taking apart the window frame and door frame. Within a short period of time, he retrieved the hinged seat belt.

“Brand new vehicle and driver side mirror scratched badly in parking lot. I ordered a new mirror cover that came primed. Grimes Paint and Body painted the new cover, took off the old cover and put on the new one. This was a very small job and I was very pleased with the service provided. “Couple years back I stopped by here with my camper, thinking I needed a new water heater. It was something very minor and he did not charge me.
I remember that, my AC just went out and had it replaced. It only took about five hours and he was $500 cheaper than anyone else that quoted me. It’s a family owned business and they’re very honest.
He also repaired a battery cable at no charge .
They kept me up-to-date on the progress and gave me the warranty papers for the new AC .”

“Took a couple days, but they did a good job with our Ram Laramie side saddle repair. Drivers side doesnt quite lie flush as before, the one end of the saddle door is drawn in about 1/2 inch from flush which is disappointing, but closes securely. We brought my baby in pretty dusty and it was returned to us shining like the gem that it is!”
