I met Jay when I bought a used car from him, but before I got home with it, the check engine light and brake lights came on. I called Jay, he immediately drove 15 miles with a car hauler and picked it up. He diligently diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and drove 15 miles again to deliver the car, at no cost to me. She informed me that I wasn't in Auto Zone but she was willing to help me if she could. When I provided her with the item information, she didn't have it in stock but called down to another location auto parts store and got me the item instantly and cheaper then her quote. I definitely will recommend this location to anyone. Just ask for Diane.”
