“I am writing this review on behalf of my parents, who currently live in a 2 bedroom apartment. Their first year in the apartment ends this week, and they have renewed their lease. The management team provides great customer service and has been incredibly helpful since the beginning. The leasing agent, Miss Anna was more than willing to assist us with our application via email, over the phone, and in person which alleviated some of our concerns. One aspect that truly stood out was the sense of community. The management team organizes regular social events, including all age groups which we found to be a wonderful opportunity for tenants to meet their neighbors. The maintenance team is always professional and reliable. Any issues that came up were addressed quickly with courtesy and respect when entering the apartment for repairs. Overall, my parents’ experience has been positive, and they are grateful for the support they received throughout the process. They would recommend Olympus Town Center to anyone looking for a welcoming place to call home.”
