“Clean, usually. Parking lot could use a cleaning tho, oil everywhere. Staff was nice and quick. Snacks are always good, the pizza especially. Fountain drinks are usually on point, the Dr. Pepper was good today. I really just stopped in for gas, but I always go inside to pay.”

“Hello ? today is Aug 3 at 1:10 pm. I’m writing this because I didn’t catch the names of the lady and guy working but they were helping an older gentleman with his car and I just thought how awesome! You don’t see that often anymore- that personal extra touch of making sure someone is ok! I told the young lady that was my cashier how wonderful I thought they were being and she said “ he comes in here allot- we always like looking after him”. For that man to have someone that sincerely cares for him- I’m sure that means allot to him! And bonus points for making my gas thing (the tool to put my gas in- not sure name! lol ) but it was very lightweight and easy to use since I have some wrist issues :( I hope they see this!”

“I will go out of my way to get to this particular 7 11. Brian and his team are in a league of their own when it comes to cleanliness, customer service, and just taking good care of people. I am remembered and appreciated every time I come in. If you have a bad experience, don't just post about it, give them a chance to make it right. We all make mistakes and this is one of the few locations that actually gives a rat's behind about doing things right. We love their coffee machines, great tasting coffee at a fraction the coffee guys prices. I have been coming in here for over 5 years. Sure, there has been a time or two when my stop wasn't perfect, but those times are super rare and I know they would make it right if I asked. I was a restaurant guy for a long time, so I know how hard it can be to make everyone happy, especially when you only have a minute or two to make a good impression. This place really tries, and 99/100, they knock it out of the park!”

“Love this location. Always quick.
There are arrows that show you should pull in one way only. BUT people always come on the opposite way (against the arrows) I never notice employees say anything to those individuals. The one time I did that an employee comes to me telling me that I can’t do that. I explain to him that I’ve come here all the time and see people do this and I NEVER see them go up to them telling them that.. TBH I felt like because I was black something was said. As long as you’re not black it’s allowed.”
