“This is by far my favorite Talavera pottery store! Obsessed with their inventory and really appreciated the owner assisting me to find the right pottery for my home. I understand the 'discounts' are not substantial, but this is a small business; so, I personally prefer to support them instead of the big box stores. Talavera is my favorite pottery, and all these are hand made in Mexico - they're authentic which I appreciate.

“Lambert Home was exceptional from the first design and timeline meetings where they worked seamlessly through our time constraints and budget issues to the final install day where the tiniest details were dealt with the utmost importance.
The construction was efficient (which I feel is rare these days) and 99% of the time there was a head contractor on site to manage all sub contractors. I feel it is important to mention that our project spanned 7 months and to have a contractor on site that many days was not only instrumental in creating our final result but also streamlined the construction process so there were fewer issues and miscommunications.
I would highly recommend Lambert Home and will be using them for my home remodels in the future!”

“I really do love this store. I love coming in here because they have such great things. I don’t get greeted when I walk in and employees are not really there to try to help you. I was looking for something in particular that I couldn’t find there were at least three employees walking the floor, but no one ever asked me for help. The store is always pretty organized, but it’s just hard to get help when you need it. I’ve gone a few times to pick up orders I did online and it’s always a wait to get someone to help you.”

“I absolutely love this store and it is my happy place…except for one thing. The women’s bathroom. It is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. Managers, you need to step it up and keep this bathroom immaculate. Remember, your customers keep you in business…the least you can do is provide a clean restroom. I can’t and won’t even begin to describe the horror. Unsanitary, unsafe, unbelievable.”
“We have been remodeling a lake house in East Texas, but I do not like ordering lighting and fans online without seeing the quality and getting my questions answered. Madeleine and Passion Lighting are set up to explain everything and make the decisions easier. I have always been impressed with this store, but they have now surpassed expectations in a world that has become all “self-help.” I needed more help, and Madeleine was always a step ahead - no other lighting store in this area compares in customer service to a random walk-in. Do yourself a favor and visit them first!”

“This was my first time here and I was here to look for 35 mm film. As soon as I walked in the young lady who was working greeted me and offered to help me find anything I might be looking for. I told her I was looking for 35 mm film and she brought me right back to it and even quickly helped someone at the self-checkout line all in the matter of about 60 seconds. As soon as she was done helping me and the other customer she went right back to organizing the shelves and tidying up the store. I'm not sure if she was working alone because I didn't see anyone else but she was doing a great job multitasking and helping customers. This young lady deserves a raise and it was a great experience for someone who has never been in this store before. I visited on Friday, November 14th at approximately 11:00 a.m. Central time.”
