“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Marie King at Floor & Decor North Richland Hills. Marie was absolutely instrumental in the successful completion of my full bathroom remodeling project, and the level of service she provided was truly exceptional. From the very beginning, Marie was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and attentive. She took the time to walk through the store with me—sometimes even through her breaks—to help me find the perfect combination of wall and floor tiles. She has an excellent eye for design and helped me coordinate my wall tiles with the right floor tiles, as well as choose the perfect grout colors to bring everything together. What impressed me most, however, was how far Marie was willing to go to make sure I was completely satisfied. There were times when I changed my mind or had questions after hours. On one occasion, I texted her around 9 p.m., long after the design office had closed, and she still responded and reassured me that she would take care of the modification to my order the following day. Even more remarkably, when I changed my mind about the floor tiles for my kids’ bathroom on a day Marie was not even scheduled to work, she actually came in for an hour just to make sure my order was completed correctly and that I was happy with everything. That level of dedication is incredibly rare. Marie never made me feel rushed or as though I was asking too many questions. She genuinely cared about how the finished bathrooms would look and repeatedly went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with every choice. Her patience, design knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to help made what could have been a very stressful remodeling project so much easier. Now that the bathrooms are finished, I can honestly say that they would not have turned out the way they did without Marie’s guidance. I am extremely happy with the final result, and Marie deserves a tremendous amount of credit for it. Marie King is an extraordinary asset to the Floor & Decor design team. Employees who care this much about their customers and take this much pride in their work are very hard to find. In my opinion, she is truly indispensable. Thank you, Marie, for your patience, your expertise, and for going so far above and beyond for my family and our project. If you are remodeling a bathroom and need help putting everything together, I cannot recommend Marie highly enough. Ask for her—you will be glad you did!”
