I like going here but they really need more help in the self check out

Had to use self check out because no cashiers open. Scanned to use Kroger Pay and when I was ready to pay the register wouldn't accept payment. The employee available to answer questions was no familiar with Kroger Pay at all so I had to get my credit card out to pay.
