“I have two Sprouts equal distance from my house, but I now shop this location all the time because of Tracy, my personal shopper for curb side pick up. She takes the time to pick out the best produce and meat. She chats with me on replacement preferences. She is always warm and welcoming. Even if she isn't my personal shopper, there are still really nice substitute shoppers that really care that have been awesome too. Even when I go into the store to shop, everyone is so nice. Items are in stock at this store more than the other store as well, which is great because big chains don't carry what they do. Highly recommend this location and curb side pick up.”
“I had a great morning experience at Tom Thumb this morning after an outstanding multitasking employee helped me at Customer Service. Thank you to Brandyn Brown who was kind and knowledgeable while helping me get my car registered this year! Amazing service this morning at Tom Thumb in Keller, Texas. Feeling so thankful!!!”
“Just want to say I am so amazed how this store how clean is. I really want to say I am so thankful for Anna and Mark he’s the door greater they are the reason I drive a few extra miles to visit this store even though I have one much closer. They always have a smile on their face and greet me every time I come. They go out the way to help me also seeing them being the same way with other customers. This store has great customer service makes me feel like family. God bless all staff those two really need some type of recognition.”
“Their burgers and fries are pretty good especially for the price that you pay for which is relatively cheap in my opinion but they didn't deter from the quality of the hamburger the service is very good as well they're very friendly and kind I just don't really like the layout of the store it could be more customer friendly and they can add more tables and chairs for additional people who want to eat there for lunch but all in all I would definitely recommend this place to anybody who wants a quick and satisfying bite to eat...”
“Super nice and clean. Great selection. Thus store should be an example for the rest. I've noticed a lot of stores seem disorganized and are missing many items from stock. This store is run exactly like they should!!”
“I love going to this Pick up mart for beers, wine, drinks and basics…They seem to carry it all. Place is well organized and very clean..the owners are very nice and friendly too. They go above their way to help you…Highly recommended…”
“I literally only needed water bottles and guess what? They had them right by the door waiting for me! Plenty of cases. Easy in and out trip! And the cashier was awesome!”
“I personally love this Kroger, coming here for two years not a single bad experience. Employee Janie is so good and helped me with a problem, so kindhearted and love her smile
All employees are so friendly and helpful”
“The store is clean and the service was exceptional! We had an issue that could not be resolved over the phone and Lily (I think this was her name, she spoke Spanish) was a gem! She was patient and helpful! Could not thank her enough!”
“Brian behind the deli counter was probably one of the best service industry members I've ever had the pleasure of being assisted by. He was very knowledgeable about the products that the store offered, and made my ordering process seamless and memorable! Will be back very soon, thank you so much Brian!”

“I live very close to a Natural Grocers and was happy to find they sell an item I couldn't find any where else, not even at Sprouts. The only other place I found it is at Amazon and it's a lot cheaper at this place than Amazon!”
