Kroger is a one-stop shop offering thousands of quality food and household products from favorite brands, including fresh produce, meats, seafood, dairy, home goods, and pharmaceutical needs, all focused on savings. The store is typically clean, which is seen as a perk, though some locations could use updating, featuring slanted floors that cause carts to roll by themselves. It usually has the things customers need. Feedback on service is mixed. There are usually nice employees, and the store hires special needs stackers, which is viewed as a good thing. A specific highlight is the floral department, which receives high praise for creating a memorable, fun-loving, and joyful experience through exceptional customer engagement, warm-heartedness, and playfulness. However, operational challenges are noted. Customers frequently have to use self-checkout due to a lack of open cashiers, leading to lines that are starting to get out of hand. There can also be issues with payment systems, as some employees are not familiar with Kroger Pay, requiring customers to use alternative payment methods.
Brian behind the deli counter was probably one of the best service industry members I've ever had the pleasure of being assisted by. He was very knowledgeable about the products that the store offered, and made my ordering process seamless and memorable! Will be back very soon, thank you so much Brian!

Hi guys I generally love using the pickup, but lately it seems that the choices of produce are either rotten or extremely poor quality when we get them. I know it's my fault I should have checked when he placed them into my vehicle. But still I would really appreciate it if you trained your people to pick the best produce.
