“Sent new baby clothes this year for 3 new Great-Grandbabies. After September I will have 10 great-grandkids!!!! Very efficient and very easy to get boxes off to the grandkids. So much fun. Place was very busy but I did not have to wait but a few minutes. Very pleasant people.”

“I honestly don't understand all of the negative reviews. This post office is the best I've ever been to. Yes it may be small and sometimes only have one worker, but it's a small town that it is in. They are always so kind to everyone that comes in and are very helpful and willing to answer questions. I've lived a lot of places all over the country and this is by far my favorite post office I've used. I will take slow service with kind caring workers over fast service with people who are miserable and rude any day!!”

I often come in on Monday’s when they are pretty busy and those two women and the man that works (I can’t remember his name) they get through the line pretty quickly and they always remember my sons name and say hello to him. He gets excited to go to the post office. I’ve always had a great experience with the staff!!”

“I came into the post office yesterday to pick up a flat rate box and the customer service was outstanding. Today I went to mail it off and I was greeted with a smile, the place was clean, I didn’t stand in line long, and the customer service was great. He was very patient with everyone and very respectful. This was my first visit here since moving to the area and this has been the best post office visit I have had in a very long time. I no longer dread dealing with rude employees with poor customer service!”
“The postal workers are so nice. I have seen so many people go in and treat them like garbage. I have been shocked twice. There is no amount of money in the world worth being treated so poorly. It’s a small post office. People need to calm down and respect one another. Do better people!”

“I get why people leave rough reviews, every experience is different, and most people who would leave a review are frustrated. I personally had two packages I couldn’t find because where I live is so new they don’t even deliver mail yet, the troubling thing about that experience is that no one could just tell me, “your mail won’t be delivered until a certain point in time to your property.” There’s no notes to leave for confused recipients, and I even reached out to them in a service request, but no one could simply tell me, “we have it at this location, you just need to go here.” Instead the representative said she’d reach out to see if they can find the mail. So I feel like that’s more a failing of the system itself rather than the failing of this particular location, as when I finally found that this is where my mail was, they had me in and out in five minutes and were very kind, and the girl at the front had a cool a tribe called quest shirt on. For people coming here in the future, the parking is in the grass, or mud in my case if it’s been raining, and you’re going up the curb to get there, so just be prepared.”

“I called this branch and had someone answer the phone which was surprising, knowing how busy these post offices can be.
A very nice man looked into my package issue which was stuck out there, instead of being delivered to Fort Worth. He assured me it will be resent to Fort Worth post office and I should receive it in 1-2 days.
It's now the second day and it's currently out for delivery. Thanks to the gentleman who resolved my issue.”
