Just visited this location to get a check made. Came around 3pm. Martha assisted me and got the paperwork done for me. She was very pleasant and great to work with. It was a quick process. It took me longer to drive here than it took for them to assist me lol. Great service!

I bank in multiple states on a routine basis, travel extensively globally - this team is on point, attentive and assertive of my requests and requirements. Regions is a trustworthy institution and has team members and managers whom respect me even when not knowing who I am or what my account balances may be - It is and always has been a pleasant and trusting experience from day one when needing any services required to move my personal or business financial needs forward.

Hateful hateful people here. Asked to speak to the manager was told she was the manager. If this is your idea of customer service Cori, you can keep it. Headed over to Chase with my business!

Wow! Unbelievably rude women in this bank, especially the manager Cory. Don't expect any help out of this woman, the only thing she cares about is making sure you know she is "Special and privileged" and that you are not. The only thing she had going for her was the bad attitude! There;s not enough time or money in the world worth having to deal with her B^LLSH*&. I hope one day you get over yourself!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Tried to explain a problem twice to Tori/cori?? (said she was the branch manager) and she just kept saying I could get the information on line, which I had already told her I couldn't because they screwed something up on their side. Called Customer service and get the recording all reps are busy please call back and then IT HANGS UP! WTF? Not even able to leave a voice mail. She then tells me that they can print out what I need but it will cost $5.00 per. They are going to charge me for something that I could get for free if they hadn't scrwed up the account. Tori/Cori had no desire to even be civil to me because she had screwed up a wire transfer for the guy in line in front of me and was put out and angry over it. So I guess being next in line she just figured she could take it out on the next person. Tori/Cori wouldn't spell her last name for me when asked. I asked for the Regional Manager's name and number and she wouldn't give it to me either. Sad for Regions that this type of person is their only option for a "Branch Manager". No wonder you get such bad reviews.

Went to open the basic checking account and didn't get her name. But, the blonde teller was very friendly and helpful. Thank you

15 year customer here. Had to close out account after very bad service surrounding opening a teenager savings account. 7 in person trips and it still was not setup correctly. Eventually the branch manager informed us they do not have teen accounts!!?? Regions never returned the fees they charged on the account. If they don't offer this kind of account, why did the staff open it for us?Even after closing all of our accounts, we received several calls about the accounts as if they were open. I'm not sure anyone down here knows what they are doing.

I wish I could give this bank 0 stars. This is the worst customer service or experience with a company I have ever received. I have tried calling and emailing to close my account. I do everything they tell me, pay fees, whatever, and they said after I do that my account will be closed. Then I continue to receive documents about having an account. I am so frustrated and disappointed as I have been a customer most of my life.

As you can see by the other ratings, you do not want to bank here. I opened an account upon receiving a special offer. I held up my end of the deal but they did not honor it based on a technicality. Now I have to keep the account open for six months. I thought I’d try this bank out. I discovered I do not want to bank here!

Extremely frustrating experience this morning, terrible customer service at 521 Keller Parkway, Keller, TX 76248. I let all the bankers know why I was there and was told that only one banker has a notary license. I waited patiently for the one banker as she assisted everyone else in the bank that came in after me then for the bank to be completely empty and she just ignored me. All other bankers also just looked at me ignoring me as I waited over 40 minutes in an empty bank...no other customers. I don't hang out at banks for fun, what the hell did they think I was waiting in the lobby for. They just sat and stared refusing to help me until I just had to leave...extremely disappointed and angry.

Worst bank on the planet!!! Always unprofessional…. Poorly trained. The whole online, customer support and branch personnel quagmire is designed for non transparency. NO ONE CAN ANSWER A QUESTION . Standoffish and argumentative. VERY Poor knowledge of how actual banking works. No authority at the branch level to do anything. Corporate does what they want when they want and do not care about relationships in the local communities. They cause more issues then they are worth. They do not listen they remove money from accounts without any written or agreed authorization. CANT BELIEVE THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS!!! If the parking lot to a bank is always empty that should tell you something.

I wish I was able to rate them a zero if I had the option. Stay away from this bank in general. They are fraud. I opened an account and deposited $100.00. I was told that I will receive $500.00 for operant account. Not only I did not receive the promised amount, when I closed the account they took out $50.00 and monthly service charges. When you call the customer service number it is hard to reach some someone. Run away from this bank. Take your business elsewhere.

Pretty disappointed today with Cristina at the regions Bank in Keller. My dad got a stimulus check, he signed it and then wrote a power of attorney to me and had it notarized professionally so that I can deposit funds allocated to him since he doesn’t have a checking account then I could give dad the money he needs. Dad is in an assisted living situation and unable to be present for the transaction. I asked Cristina for a deep dive to guide me on another step on how to get this check cashed for my father, she refused to do a deep dive... this is a common principle and practice at large companies to dig deep and Cristina refused. she said I would have to look up the information myself. I don’t work for a bank, I needed her to do the deep dive and email me and she refused.
