Phenomenal customer service. My only issue is that they will hold chargesso if you overdraft they can charge you 3 times. They also let a $7 charge go through three times on my account after the day it was supposed to post just so that they could charge me over 100 in fees

I’ve been coming here 2 a month for the 3 years. Staff is always nice. Never have had an issue. Drive thru transactions are extremely fast and I love how the tellers give dog treats to my dogs.

I absolutely love this bank and the employees. They are amazing and knowledgeable, and so very helpful. I have been a Regions customer for a very long time, and always will be. Tyler is absolutely amazing.
