For pickup orders, payment is made ahead online with a card for a contact-free and faster experience. The Sam's Club app is fantastic, allowing members to avoid the checkout line and long lines. The club also offers services like tire replacement and towing benefits, with staff remembered members and taking great care of them. Some members enjoy going on Sundays for cooked samples of food items like rib eye steak and asparagus. A minor inconvenience noted was a door greeter trying to scan items, which caused a brief awkward moment. Overall, it is great being a member of Sam's Club.
