“Finding Caminito has truly been the biggest blessing for our family. Beyond the benefits of it being a Spanish immersion Montessori, the sense of community and nurturing atmosphere is unmatched by any other childcare center I have experienced.

I love the small class sizes and one of the things that stands out the most is how EVERYONE there greets our son with a smile and knows him by name—it’s not just his teacher, but the entire staff and even other students. It speaks volumes for how they operate together to support their kids.

Our son absolutely loves his teacher. She is the best! On top of that, she sends photos and videos throughout the day, which brings us so much peace of mind.

“I can not say enough great things about this school! I've had 3 of my kids attend Reading Friends all with wonderful experiences. Two of my boys started here at age 2 and attended all four years up through the kindergarten program. They are both pretty reserved/timid, and thanks to the teachers here, they have grown so much in confidence, both socially and academically. One of my kids has several food allergies, and the staff/teachers were always very mindful and made sure he was included in any class parties or special snacks. Ms. Marsha & Mackensie are always very communicative by email & phone and know all of the parents & kids names by heart. The teachers have been so kind and helpful and my kids have loved them all- especially Ms. Mallory. She has been great with both my boys and has played an integral part in their early education- it's obvious she has a true passion for teaching! Our family has been extremely grateful we found this school for our kids the last 4-5 years. I could not recommend this school enough!”

“The moment we walked in, it felt like home. Our little guy, now almost 3 in a few months started a little over a month after he turned 2. It was a hard adjustment for both me and him but he adjusted quickly and now is a super talkative little guy who knows his colors both in English and Spanish! (we speak both at home) I must state that’s with him only going part-time! Mari is an incredible Director who’s dedication to the children and teachers shows in all that she does. Karla is the Teacher coordinator and such a breath of fresh air each morning, she is happy to see the kids. Our teachers (Marisol, Rafaela and Lorena) are incredible and truly treat the kids as their own. If you are questioning what’s your next step, take the step and sign up at SSH. It will be one of the best decisions you ever made for your little one’s early childhood development. :)”

“This is one of the best preschools/daycares. My family moved from the Texas region and if there is one thing that I wish we could take it would be the entire staff and place, they are wonderful and a blessing!

No one daycare or preschool is as invested or nurturing. The teachers are wonderful, the parents can’t help but want to be involved. I can speak volumes about how great Piccolino is but I will say for you to check it out for your child to see how much of a difference the Piccolino experience makes.”

“This is my kids' second daycare, so a lot of my opinions are based on a comparison of the two daycares my kids went to. I just love this place and everyone who works there. I switched my kids to this daycare because there seemed to be more structure in their schedules, and my son was especially unhappy about attending his old school every day. I was shocked when, on day 2 of attending Southlake Early Care, my son did not have a meltdown about being dropped off and just casually walked into his classroom, excited to see what everyone was up to. He didn't even turn around to say goodbye to me. He is just so happy to come here every day. At the old school, some days he would come home with the same diaper he had on when I dropped him off. They were under the impression that he was potty trained, when he was actually still working on it. But at Southlake Early Care, he was consistently reminded and helped in using the bathroom. He is now completely potty trained (for daytime) and doesn't wear pull ups during the day at all. As for my daughter, at her old school, she was getting one 20-minute nap for the whole day because they did not have a consistent nap schedule for all the babies. When we moved her to Southlake Early Care, I was a little wary about how they get all the babies in the room to nap at the same time. But they do. She now naps at least two hours every day, and she is so much more lively and happy in the evenings at home. One day, when I dropped her off after a long weekend, she ran straight to her teacher, who was sitting on the floor playing with the other babies. She jumped into her arms and gave her a big hug. It makes me so happy to see that my kids have a connection with the people I trust to take care of them all day. The staff are also very friendly and easy to talk to. They know my name, always ask how things are going, and they instantly know which kids are mine (unlike previous school). Oh and it is cheaper than most other daycares!!! Not only is it cheaper, but they also include supplies -- diapers, wipes, formula, all meals, etc. You can also tell that their teachers are happy to be there, which was not the same at the previous daycare. From what I can tell, Southlake Early Care treats their teachers well, and it makes the kids happier, too.”

“I can’t even begin to say enough good things about this facility and how much we LOVE it! Both of our girls go here and they love them like they are their own. I never have any worries that they’re getting the exact care and attention that they need. They are communicative and responsive throughout the day and send updates through an app. Every single person on the staff is friendly and loves your child like their own. My girls actually look forward to going during the week. They have a great curriculum and also fun activities to keep the kids engaged and excited. If you want a place that is NEVER going to make you worry while you’re away from your babies, then look no further. You’ve found it.”

“I think it’s always hard to write to people you truly love and admire—because somehow, the words never feel adequate. They never quite capture the depth of your gratitude or the appreciation you want to convey. I suppose that’s why it has taken me so long to write this review.

Our daughter started at Kids ‘R’ Kids Keller shortly after the height of COVID. With so much uncertainty at the time, we made the decision to keep her home for at least her first year. I was working full time while caring for her—it was really two full-time jobs. We were surviving, but definitely not thriving.

When it finally came time to enroll her in childcare, I was a nervous wreck. The idea of someone else spending more waking hours with her than I could was overwhelming. If you’re reading this while searching for care for your little one, especially as a new parent, I wholeheartedly remember that fear. It’s such a heavy feeling—handing over the most important part of your world and wondering if it’s the right decision. But looking back now, I can say with full confidence: we got this decision right.
Our daughter has blossomed and flourished in every way imaginable. From day one, it was clear this wasn’t just a childcare center—it was a nurturing, intentional community devoted to the growth and development of each child.

Over the past four years, we’ve watched our daughter evolve in ways we only dreamed of. Her confidence, social skills, language development, and love for learning have all been nurtured by the incredible team at KRK. Every day she came home excited—telling us about what she learned, the songs she sang, and the friends she made.

What stood out most to us was the genuine warmth, patience, and care every teacher and staff member brought into the classroom. They didn’t just teach—they uplifted, guided, and truly saw each child as an individual. They treated our daughter with kindness and respect, encouraged her uniqueness, and helped her feel safe, known, and loved. As parents, that kind of trust is invaluable.

KRK’s has played a profound role in shaping our daughter’s early learning journey. The foundation they’ve helped build—academically, socially, and emotionally—will stay with her for life.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for helping shape such a meaningful part of our daughter’s heart—and more importantly, for becoming a part of our family. While it’s bittersweet to watch our daughter move on to a new educational chapter, we take comfort in knowing she’s leaving with the strongest possible foundation. And now, as we begin the same journey with our son, we feel nothing but peace and excitement—because we already know we made the right decision. “Entering year 2 of our daughter being at CLA and we couldn’t be more pleased. The facility itself is very impressive with multiple playgrounds, art spaces, and even a bowling alley! Maddie and Christina are always extremely friendly and attentive and they do a great job of calming our daughter if she’s upset at drop off. They are constantly doing arts and crafts or sing alongs keeping the kids active and entertained. Im floored by their energy day after day. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.”
