“We really want to show our thanks for an amazing experience with Dee from Keller. We came in close to closing time needing a large moving van and a vehicle dolly. Dee patiently walked us thru the process getting the vehicle and made sure everything was taken care of. Due to an error on our part, we were unable to use the vehicle dolly and Dee was more than happy to redo our contract to ensure our needs were met. Dee stayed past closing time and really wanted to make sure we would be ok to continue our trip. She really was our angel and salvaged our trip by providing excellent customer service!”
“I loved how quiet it is it’s great cheap and how quickly I can access the storage unit also they had just painted all the units so it looks neat whenever I first got the storage unit I thought it was a abondond property and that I was scammed it looked like only me plus about 4 or 5 units were used but then I opened up my lock and stored my things and it's been great every since and the first 2 months were like 1/2 off original price now I'm coming up on another months rent another thing they do at 10 Federal storage is they let you take surveys and if the review is good they may decide or let ya win a free months rent and that option would be amazing for me because I'm really at the top of struggling right now out here in this world it's bad for me my son died a year ago and I'm going through a lot so it's cool that they give you a chance to win like that :)
