They don't constantly raise my rent every few months and I can actually pay my bill with a person in the office. Cindy is very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable whenever there's an issue.”

“Update: okay, so even though I was inconvenienced and a little bit lot of frustrated the owner called me today and literally fixed everything. He explained everything in better terms and made sure I was inside the unit before even suggesting it's all good on my end.
And this is why I preferred the locally owned compared to big corporations. I live in keller, shop in Keller and love keller. This is just another example of why.

Honestly I was hoping for better. I paid and still not able to get into the gate. My code isn't working and no one answers the phone. Nor did anyone show me how to put in the code.”
“We had our move-in day yesterday at Outrig Storage Facility Keller East with our newly acquired RV, and overall it turned into a fantastic experience thanks to their outstanding customer service.
After getting parked and plugged in, we noticed the electrical outlets at our spot had been installed upside down, making it difficult for the power cord to sit properly without pulling loose. We mentioned this to Amy as we were getting ready to head out, fully expecting it might take several days or even a week to resolve.
To our surprise, Amy took immediate action and had an electrician at our site in less than two hours. The issue was addressed quickly and professionally.
That level of responsiveness is rare and truly appreciated. Huge thanks to Amy for going above and beyond, and to the electrician as well (sorry I didn't catch your name!) Excellent customer service like this makes all the difference.
