Showed the counter worker my UPS Choice QR code, but didn't get the discount for UPS ground. $40.17 regular price but UPS app shows I should pay 31.12. Why doesn't the UPS store give me the shipping discount that the app indicates I should receive?

Convenient location, zombie employees. Every time I come here the employees have no smiles and look miserable. Today I came in, looked at both employees and said hi, no response from them. Talk about a sad place to be.

"Extraordinary"
Miss. Alyssa, and Mr. Alex and Mr. Blaine knowledgeable in their Customer Service. They are skilled and hardworking individuals. To me expectations above and beyond to the satisfaction for their customers. They are well rounded individuals and down to earth there persona is wonderful. The three individuals make my day everytime I come in.

Love this place! They are fast, efficient, VERY helpful, polite and professional. I use this store all the time! I hade never had a return done incorrectly. Even though some of their services are self service, they showed me how to fax and how to scan something into my email. I will continue to use this store!

DO NOT DROP OFF YOUR PACKAGES HERE. They put my shipping label for a pair of tennis shoes I was returning on the wrong box and my return was declined. When I received the box back from Nike after my return was declined there was a pair of boots inside. I took the boots back to the UPS store and all they did was give me a customer service number to call. I called the number myself in store and was told to file a claim online which I did after hanging up. When the claim didn’t go through I asked an associate for help and they “don’t know anything about filing claims online.” I of course could not get a hold of a representative at that number the second time I called so I called the UPS STORE CUSTOMER SEVICE number which was given to me by Nike where an associate filed a claim for me against the store and was told a manager should reach out to me within 3 business days. 8 days later I have still heard NOTHING from the manager if this store or anyone else from the UPS STORE.

If you close at 6:30 don’t run to the door at 6:28 when I pull up to lock it education must be a lackluster inside this establishment because the general telling of time is something that is not comprehensible by these employees apparently
