DO NOT DROP OFF YOUR PACKAGES HERE. They put my shipping label for a pair of tennis shoes I was returning on the wrong box and my return was declined. When I received the box back from Nike after my return was declined there was a pair of boots inside. I took the boots back to the UPS store and all they did was give me a customer service number to call. I called the number myself in store and was told to file a claim online which I did after hanging up. When the claim didn’t go through I asked an associate for help and they “don’t know anything about filing claims online.” I of course could not get a hold of a representative at that number the second time I called so I called the UPS STORE CUSTOMER SEVICE number which was given to me by Nike where an associate filed a claim for me against the store and was told a manager should reach out to me within 3 business days. 8 days later I have still heard NOTHING from the manager if this store or anyone else from the UPS STORE.

Alex the manager is very helpful. This store always goes above the standard to help! Great locaton and easy to get in and out.

If you close at 6:30 don’t run to the door at 6:28 when I pull up to lock it education must be a lackluster inside this establishment because the general telling of time is something that is not comprehensible by these employees apparently

Do not go to this store. FYI all UPS stores will print a label for free if you are using their service for returns to Amazon. I was by here so I thought I would have them print the label and send. Once they printed the label they wanted to charge me almost 4 dollars just to print the label. Stay away.

I have used this UPS store for years and will continue to do so. These negative reviews are isolated and completely unnecessary. Patel is a great guy and runs a clean ship. MANY thumps up.

Im very new in town from the Middle East . This Ups store have staff that are polite, empathetic and know their works. The customer service is amazing and there was no delays to adhering to any my requests. I come here for notaring, return parcel, sending important docs . Was always looked after by this store. Quick too.Thank you!

Horrible customer service !!!! I would not recommend this place as a customer I was in line waiting to be serviced with multiple other people when I over heard the the owner Patel yell loud so EVERYONE can hear an altercation that was going on with a young lady, I feel very disrespected and uncomfortable with the way he was speaking to her when he could’ve handled this situation differently. I go here all the times to ship products from my store and I will definitely not be coming here ever again. I know as a business owner I would never treat any of my customers in such rude manner.

A lovely gentleman named Myles helped me. He had to print the paper for me, email it from my phone and connect me to the internet but he had such a kind attitude about it. I was unsure of what I was doing. I had never been to that location before. He made it so easy and smooth. I wish there every employee was as positive as Myles. I will definitely return. I definitely recommend this UPS!Thanks Myles! You made my day better!!!

My experience came at the hand of the Asian/India person at the front counter; I believe she may be the owner. Frankly, I have never delt with such a raw and unpleasant person. She may hate life in general but she did not have to take it out on al the customers. I'm not sure if its a power trip or just a bad day but this was unacceptable. Someone needs and attitude adjustment and/or a career change. If there is another UPS Store in the same proximity, I truly recommend you go there instead of this location. Even if its a longer drive, go there before coming to this store!

Used this location to ship a trophy to a family golf event out of state. The package had to be there by an exact date. The day came at the event and the tracking showed the package wouldn’t arrive for another week. I went into the store after being advised by the corporate number the store had to handle the return and refund. I was told by the manager that they could not refund me until the package made it back and they would call as soon as it made it to the store. Two weeks later I go in to check to see if the package was ever returned since I had not received a call like I was told. They manager on duty assured me corporate could refund me, corporate said the refund was on the store. I spoke to the store owner Patel, he moreless said he can do whatever he wants since he is an affiliate store, not an actual UPS Store. He did not refund the shipment and insulted my wife. If you live near this store use FedEx.

I only really use this place if I have to drop off something that is already pre-labeled to be sent off somewhere. So I really cannot review mailbox services, if they still have them, or the experience of shipping something from start to finish (people, get a UPS account. It's simple, anyone can get one, and it'll save you a ton of time and save the employees here a ton of time too and may even prevent some frustration and therefore negative reviews... just sayin'). Really have never had a problem. People are always nice and I have never spent more than a couple of minutes in the store, even on a Saturday morning. They seem to really keep the line going. Really have never had anyone with a grumpy attitude, Just saying something these days.

When I asked for the free UPS packaging so that I could slap my label on it, I was told that despite the fact that it says UPS in the door and on their shirts they are not actually UPS and have chosen, note that word, to not provide that packaging. Even though that is a free perk for shipping with UPS. As I walked out the guy had the guts to say that a lot of people share my confusion and come in making the same request. Of course they do, that's one of the benefits of shipping UPS express is that you get your packaging for free.

In a place like this customer service should be top notch. It's not. They need better employees working the front counter.
