I went to this place October 20, around 4:20, to reopen a business account I once had with them. I left because I had numerous bad experiences with another branch, prompting me to go to another institution. Well, that institution has closed most branches in my area and customer service has gone downhill.I worked out in the field that day so I was a little dirty from a hard day of work. I walked in, and there was one person at the counter being helped by a customer service representative. To my right, sat a lady playing with her nails. She asked me if I needed help. I told her why I was there and she replies, “you know you can do that online, right?” She said it somewhat condescending like my kids do when they don’t want to do something.I explained that I had tried the night before, but the app told me I needed to come in for further identification.Still playing with her nails, and sitting at her desk, she says, “oh, then you should make an online appointment and come back either Monday or Tuesday during normal business hours”At that point, I realized that folks are becoming too comfortable referring customers, or potentially returning customers to apps. In a time where technology is replacing people and their jobs. Last, if I want horrible service, I’d rather just keep my business account with my current bank as opposed to a bank where an employee will not only get up off her butt to greet someone, but we as too involved playing with her nails to actually help someone.My wife who has her own business account with Wells Fargo, is now looking to switch banks because of my experience at this location. I hope they can find the ability to do better.

Took me 15 min to get cash in a drive through with NO Lines. Absolutely un called for no one was in line or in the lobby. Manager acted like they didnt care. Trash Branch

They charged $7.50 to cash a $400 check that was a Wells Fargo check. Predatory bank. Shameful

They should just make this bank into an ATM machine only and fire there employees.... NOBODY answers the phone.. ever! The drive through is closed all the time. I cannot count how many times Ive tried to go to this drive through and its closed all the time! They still have Covid protocol and have to make an appt to go inside... Covid is old people, get over it! They are the only Wells Fargo in the area that still makes you schedule an appt to go in. CLOSE THIS BANK... the office manager clearly is lazy as hell!!!

I was waiting in this bank today and noticed the teller as she went through several customers, patiently listening to their concerns, teaching them about technology, reassuring them, interpreting what they were asking, and just overall being a kind human. It made me smile. I wish I had her name but I didn’t interact with her, only overheard. People like this make a difference!

I live literally down the street from this bank and it's actually my bank that I use and it has given me issues every time I go in. Today the notary refused to notarize my paper even though I always use them to notarize maybe it was a discrimination against my ethnicity because every time I go in and deal with the same older woman there's always and issue always I will not he back to this branch ever even if I have to drive farther for better service. It's funny because all these years I've been using them to notarize and today she's like no we can't do it. Because I have a foreign ID but that's the same ID I've been using all these times....

Branch banker Jay Ditty does not word things or conversations in a professional manner . He questioned about a document being “legit”? Now Wells Fargo has “policies” that make it harder for loyal customers to conduct business due to the DISHONEST pratices of THEIR employees. Very disappointed in their service so off I go to a different Bank.

The teller had absolutely no clue what she was doing. She didn't know how to cash a check and then deposit it. She told me I couldn't cash my paycheck there because it was from a chase bank even though I have a Wells Fargo account. Why does it matter where the check is from? When I asked to speak to a manager I was simply told "there is no manager." Went to the branch down the street they took care of me no problem. I would not recommend this location at all.

I'm taking a star away for one reason. No waiting list for (a larger) safe deposit box. Bank of America has a waiting list. Wells Fargo does not. We are told we must keep checking. I find this to be ridiculous. If it was a simple phone call, maybe I would not be so critical, but it's not. You never get right through. So every time we come in we ask. So far, no luck.
