Don't deposit anything in person. They hold it for days. There mobile app is way better. They told me my money would be available on a certain date and they were completely wrong.

Not a great experience, no branch manager working no business banker working. It was 2:00 pm and no one was available to help open a business bank account.

Great customer service from Monte! Got me what I needed and even gave me some good tips (on ordering checks) for the future. Love when I have good and efficient customer service!
