This was one of the wonderful stress free repair experiences I have had in 20 years. Went in to have a necklace repaired and it was handled quickly and cleanly. The staff are truly wonderful people and I would definitely recommend them for your repairs and new custom made jewelry in the future.

I took my 30 year old wedding ring to Williams to get refurbished, it was worn, bent and beat up. He straightened it up, added gold on the worn parts, resized it, and it literally looks as good or maybe even better than new. Highly recommend
