They cleaned it, were slow and methodical about how they went about the work. I value that. They also polished up the band and Crystal. A hand-press was used to re-seat the back case on the body of the watch. I'll be back.....you should too.”

“On August 25, 2020 my soon to be husband and I went to Gatehouse Jewelers to see about ordering a wedding band. We were able to order the one I wanted and have it shipped in time to fly out to Las Vegas the following week to get married. They told us they would have it in time and the ring came in on August 31st, 2020. The manager met me there for me to get it and Shawn and I flew out the next day and were married in Las Vegas on September 2nd, 2020. Very good customer service!”

“I got Jeremy on the phone when I called, and he was very helpful. I wanted to fix my old watch because it needed a new battery, and the band needed another link since it was too small and kept coming apart.
It turns out that when I sent it in, they gave me a new band but reused my old link, so it didn't fit correctly. Jeremy gave me a number to call, and they should send me a new link for it.
I also ended up getting two new watches—one for me and one for my wife. There were three workers there, and they were all amazing. Jeremy is what makes the store as great as it is.”
