“I had a power steering issue while I was out of town and had it repaired in a rush. A few days later, I noticed I had developed a power steering leak. I called JC at HF Automotive, and he told me to bring it in.
Even though the bays were full and it was close to closing time, JC had someone take a look at it immediately. They found that one of the hoses from the previous repair had not been fully tightened. They tightened it up, cleaned everything off, and even showed me pictures of what they found.
Best of all, they didn’t charge me a thing.
That kind of customer service and willingness to help says a lot about a business. I really appreciate JC and the team at HF Automotive taking care of me, especially when they easily could have turned me away due to how busy they were and how close it was to closing.
