“As a first time visitor to Texas and a first time visitor to Buc-ee's, all I can do is confirm most of what other reviews are stating. Huge selections. Lots of gas pumps. I tried Texas bbq (brisket sandwich), and for gas station food, it was excellent. I like that you can watch the workers make the sandwiches in real time. The brisket was some of the most tender I have ever had. And it wasn't an overwhelming amount of meat. I'm not a huge meat or bread eater, so from the wrapping, the sandwich looked huge. I did have to toss some of the bread but the meat amount was almost perfect. The bbq sauce was the right amount for the sandwich and was very tasty. I also bought a bag of thin crispy chips, which were the cheapest chips I have seen in at least a decade. Overall, 10/10.”

“This is the best pharmacy in the area and the competition isn’t close. Heidi, and Candace in particular are phenomenal. Everyone I’ve spoken with is kind, considerate, and knowledgeable.
We made the switch from the Walgreens down the road after (yet another) issue with them. My biggest regret is that we didn’t make the switch sooner. I’ll happily give up drive-thru pickup for the kind of customer service this CVS delivers.

“We stopped at Roadway gas station while exploring San Leon. It was labeled something else on the GPS but easy enough to find. The service we received from the attendants was great. The store itself is very tidy and organized well. The bathrooms were clean. We purchased snacks before we went on our way. There is a large parking area that is shared with a smoke shop.”

“The service at CVS in Target in Dickinson is great! They are always nice and go above and beyond to help. That also , always address us by name, when they greet us. They take the time to make your experience personal.We usually are helped by Heidi and Candace. They are always smiling and conversational. “Love Circle Ks with their always innovative deals and specials. This location even had a car wash. Although the card scanner didn't work a code could be bought inside. My truck was absolutely filthy and it washed it very well on premium. Clean location, ample entries, friendly staff!!”
“I've been going to this little corner store for decades, since it was owned by different people and since the current owners (my favorite) took over. Just your basic little gas station, but it always feels safe and they're always kind and treat customers with a smile. I know during major storms, the owner let people just take stuff since power was out and not everyone came back, but I always admired him for that. Just good people. And they finally started carrying my energy drink, which is what usually dictates which stores I frequent.”

“These folks are the MVPs on the power outage. They had gas and ice. And when they ran out of ice, they used their ice machine to make and bag more. And were really great about letting us wait in the AC while waiting for the ice. And the gave more accurate wait times for ice than Centerpoint did for power. The staff were super patient with us heat-frazzled people.”

“I almost never leave reviews for gas stations, but this place absolutely deserves it—hands down a 5⭐ experience every single time!
Our little store here in San Leon is truly a hidden gem. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted with the kind of kindness and friendliness you just don’t see much anymore. The man that's always working is genuinely one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet—always welcoming, always smiling, and he makes every visit feel personal (even gives my kiddos a sucker every time?).
The store itself is spotless—seriously one of the cleanest I’ve ever been in—and everything is well-stocked and reasonably priced. You can tell there’s real pride in how this place is run.
It’s not just a quick stop… it’s a place you actually enjoy going into. That says a lot for a gas station!
If you’re anywhere near San Leon, do yourself a favor and stop by—you won’t be disappointed. This place sets the standard for what every small store should be like! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

The staff is professional, friendly and approachable. Selection is classic Buc-ee’s which is great. Convenient and easy access in and out. Of course the bathrooms are the best and the ice is the chewy kind😉”
“I live in the neighborhood behind this gas station. There's a couple of ladies who come in here early in the morning and make the absolute best breakfast tacos I've ever had. We buy them at least once or twice a week.
This gas station is on average, much cheaper than anything else nearby.”
