“We used to use another local collision place for a good period of time. However, my wife wanted to try Champion because of the reviews and by word of mouth.
The staff at Champion were so nice, personable and respectful. They regularly kept her up to date on the status of repair. And of course, they repaired her car in a timely manner. Actually, above and beyond.
So, about a month and a half ago, my front fender needed replacing. By this time I was sold on Champion because of how they took care of my wife. They definitely gave me great service (from customer service all the way to the actual repair.) I highly recommend Champion.”
“I was in a car accident in late September. My 2016 Honda Odyssey was badly damaged. I took it to Joe Hudson Collision Center in Mabank, Texas for the initial estimate for the insurance coverage and for subsequent repairs. They did a fantastic job! Jason and Hannah communicated with me frequently and kept me up to date on the progress and additional repairs needed. They took care of everything for me including notifying the rental car agency of the additional time needed. I got my van back a few days ago and it looks brand new. Jason has called and texted me since to make sure everything is okay. I really recommend this repair shop!”

“Napa has always been 1 of my favorite parts stores and I spent 3 days looking for a certain part that only certain suppliers have access to 1 being Napa I've tried ordering the parts directly from the web Noone had it available but the employee at Napa in kaufman knew exactly what I needed had me in and out within 3 minutes with the part service is worth more than 5 ?'s I plan to keep my service with this store in particular even though there's 3 other parts stores 10 mine up the road and Napa in kaufman is a 35 min drive 1 way from me the gratitude and service up there makes it worth it”

10 Stars and a huge shout out to Nikki for helping my wife with a new battery purchase and install on her vehicle. She was very attentive and helpful in getting us what we needed (exact OEM fit for our make and model). I highle recommend asking for her assistance when shopping this location.
0 stars to the manager - Rick - who tried to upsale my wife on a product we didn't want, need, or ask for. While on the phone with my wife, who was at the store, he lied and told her that the battery we chose to purchase wouldn't have the required CCA to start a push button start vehicle, which is a flat out lie. Trying to take advantage of a customer in a deceptive manner to make a higher sale is wrong and should never be encouraged. This manager should probably undergo some additional sales training if it is his common sale practice to lie to try and sell a higher price product that isn't needed. Do not recommend having this guy assist you.”

They took the time to look over the damage, explain the process, and give me a clear estimate without any pressure.
The repair itself was done quickly and the quality was excellent — my bumper looks brand new, and you’d never know there was any damage. They also kept me updated throughout, which I really appreciated.
It’s always a little stressful dealing with car repairs, but these guys made it as easy and smooth as possible. Great customer service, great work, and fair pricing. I’d definitely go back if I ever need more bodywork and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable auto repair.”
