“This is one of the largest UHaul's I've seen. It has climate controlled storage units; they can install tow hitches; they sell propane, and have a large selection of packing products. One stop shopping if you are moving. My only complaint was that I found the service lacking when I was there. I was there around noon and there was one person working in the store he was having an issue with a customer order and had to take a long time to help her, my issue was that there were others in and around the property who knew he was having difficulties but none came to help service the other customers who were waiting in line for various reasons. I just needed a small box. I ended up just leaving a dollar and some change on the counter and leaving. I hope that's not indicative of their service. I will give them another chance when I need their services again.”

“Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable on connecting my truck to the trailer. They troubleshooted why my truck turning signal was not working. They figured it out and I fixed the wiring on my truck trailer connection. I am very thankful they were very knowledgeable. Great, experience.”
“I give this location 4/5 because Staff were helpful, courteous, and professional. Checkin and Return were painless. The U-Haul I rented was old but adequate …the shocks were worn out so my cargo took a beating and so did I. I would still recommend this location. They have plenty of trucks on site. Next time, I’ll ask for a newer truck so I can rate it 5/5.”

“I jave rented trucks from here and they were not that great but I will say the manager Richard is beyind helpful and friendly....keeps us coming back!!!! We had a tow hitch and lift installed on the car and they did a great job!!”
“The only problem we had was when the delivery guy called, his phone number came up as a private number. My phone doesn't accept private numbers. Fortunately, we were home and were able to catch him before he left.”

“Eddie and Jeremy are good folks and hard workers. I had an issue and Eddie the owner came to my house an hour away and got me set up and taken care of and they were closed. I can't ask for better customer service. Thanks Eddie.”
