Almeida CDL Assistance is the best CDL school in the DFW area. Giselle and Valeria were always super patient and professional every time I called or made a payment. I know I probably got on their nerves a few times, but they never showed it and always helped me out with a great attitude. Gerardo, the instructor, really knows his stuff and makes sure you understand everything before moving on. The training is affordable, straightforward, and the whole team genuinely cares about helping you succeed. If you’re serious about getting your CDL, this is the place to go.”

“This is one of the largest UHaul's I've seen. It has climate controlled storage units; they can install tow hitches; they sell propane, and have a large selection of packing products. One stop shopping if you are moving. My only complaint was that I found the service lacking when I was there. I was there around noon and there was one person working in the store he was having an issue with a customer order and had to take a long time to help her, my issue was that there were others in and around the property who knew he was having difficulties but none came to help service the other customers who were waiting in line for various reasons. I just needed a small box. I ended up just leaving a dollar and some change on the counter and leaving. I hope that's not indicative of their service. I will give them another chance when I need their services again.”

“This is my favorite gas station ever. Every single person that works there is so kind and genuine. I live nearby and I enjoy some snacks or drinks every so often so I go here darn near every day. I could be 20 minutes from home and stop anywhere but I go here to get drinks or snacks because I love every interaction with every employee! They have all kinds of drinks and snacks, they have a diverse selection of smoking related products, and I’ve even bought two of my favorite hats here! Honestly anything you could want out of a convenient store but customer service is the main reason I’m posting this review. Those who work here deserve some recognition for their genuine kindness. :)”

“I had to go about 200 miles round trip and was concerned with the truck having almost 130k miles. Drove great with no issues there and back. Truck was the cleanest inside of any uhaul rental I have had. Pads were in a plastic bag and looked brand new. Highly recommend using D Bassett Roofing again.”

“I found the storage facility very convenient, well kept, and secure
I was having trouble raising and closing the roll up door. I made contact with a worker Deanna on the premise and advised her of the problem. Deanna with pleasant and friendly manner fixed the door making it easier to open and close the roll up door with much thanks. Every encounter with Deanna and other employees were always pleasant and asking if everything was okay.
I will highly recommend this UHaul facility”

“We have been working with Hogan since they opened their Fort Worth location. We have 15 rentals out at once during peak season and also utilize the PM plus option for our personal fleet. Mike and Terra in rental are always on top of anything I need done. One phone call to them and I am confident my issue will be resolved. Anything from invoicing to OTR breakdowns. During peak season if I have any issues with a rental on hand they are quick to either get a tech out or get me a sub truck. Fastest response time of any lease/rental company I have worked with. Connor in lease has gotten me set up on great lease programs that make sense for my business and allow us to cut cost on maintenance while assisting in keeping us compliant in that area. Clint, Ben, Stacey, and the whole service center here have always exceeded my expectations around every turn. They have made sure we minimize down time while keeping cost in a reasonable range. They take time to educate the customer and help understand the "nuts and bolts" of the service being done. In all, this company has exceeded my expectations in every department on a consistent basis!”

“I made the reservation on line, paid for my unit and once at the location I was basically treated as a liar. I showed my contract and receipt and even then I was told I would have to start from scratch. Had to pay a second time for my same Unit. They treated me like I was making it all up even with proof of contract and payment.”
