“This is Kory Perlichek. I really appreciated the quick response to my windshield repair quote request. Bruce was the salesperson for 1st Call Glass. I requested multiple price quotes from 3-4 other glass companies in the Kerrville area. I only received 1 other quote besides the 1st Call glass quote. This other quote was received 4 days after the request and was not even close to the quote from 1st Call. Bruce was friendly and very professional. I appreciate the excellent customer service and great rate. Also, the service was impeccable. Very fast service. It took less than 2 hours to install the new windshield and calibrate it. Great job! I will definitely use 1st Call Glass again and will recommend them to anyone that needs windshield repair. Kept me informed of the work being performed every step of the way and when it took longer than expected, she arranged the shuttle service to take me home and pick me up to return and pick up my truck the next morning. “Excellent service. I was in and out in 15 minutes and they answered the phone when I called about making an appointment. The mechanic I had, William, was very thorough and I especially appreciated there was no upsale and the fact he told me he couldn't access the air filter without tearing a bunch of stuff out which is unfortunately how some older model vans are built. He noticed the coolant was low and topped it off. The other mechanic on the floor with the tattoos was also very friendly and welcoming as soon as I arrived. Great customer service and honest mechanics- what you want when bringing your vehicle in.
The other local mechanic I brought my vehicle to did not have the right oil in stock and wanted to substitute with another type (not the specified 10W-30 but 5W-30) that wasn't rated below 32°F which obviously isn't going to work in central texas winter conditions. Additionally, their cost for the same oil change and lube service was $13 more from the start.
I'll definitely bring my vehicle back here and would recommend this business for anyone in need of an oil change and fluid check/top off for their cost, efficiency, and good customer service.”

“The people that work here are TRUE professionals. We took our jeep in for a rear end seal on probably the most chaotic day they have had in a while. Phones and computers down and customers piling up at the door and they still treated my wife with patience and courtesy. “If you are in central Texas, this is the place to go for RV repairs or general service. Kerrville, Texas, west of San Antonio off I-10, TX HW 16 south. Called to make an appointment to have suspension mods installed and general service performed. Staff was professional, intelligent, and friendly. Services performed timely and correctly. If an issue arose they always contacted me to explain the problem and how I, emphasize, how I wanted to proceed. Cleanest and most comfortable waiting room I ever seen. Thanks to David and Chris. “Greg and his team got our 2019 casscadia back on the road after derate issue. We could not drive our truck over 5 mph and the other shops in the area could not fix it (including loves shop in comfort texas)but sundowners did. He sent his sons to us and got us back on the road less than 2 hours. After spending a week dealing with another shop in the area lying about repairs and work they have done which Greg and his team verfied that nothing was done. I wish we would have called them first. If you want to keep your sanity get your truck service at Sundowners Greg is a trustworth mechanic.”

“Needed two tires dismounted/mounted/balanced. Everywhere in kerrville wanted over $60 bucks minimum, with an extremely long wait. Called ultimate on Junction HWY, $50 total, was in and out in under 15 minutes. Before their state inspector quit, I also went here for a motorcycle inspection. Was equally as easy and less than 5 minutes. Will continue to do business here.”
