“Note I'm reviewing the staff, not the quality of parts. The employees of the store have no control over the quality control in manufacturing. I bought an alternator at this location last December. I was driving today and my battery light came on. I pulled in and Nate came out and hooked it to their diagnostic and sure enough the voltage regulator in the new alternator was bad after 11 months. It was a little after noon and he said he didn't have one in stock but could have one brought in from San Antonio around 3pm. I decided to just hang out, eat lunch and wait. Sure enough, 3:05 part was there. I want in and was lacking a specific size wrench and Sam found one for me to borrow. Swapped out the part for the new one. No muss or fuss about the warranty, didn't cost me a dime and they didn't hassle me about the warranty like a lot of places would. These guys were friendly and awesome and my thanks to both of you!. Definitely recommend shopping here!”

“This one on Junction Hwy is fairly new so it's not too busy and so, no long waits, and more time to talk to parts guy. One thing I miss is the original O'Reilly's years ago also had a repair shop so there was a real mechanic to ask questions to. I miss that .”
