“Andrew was super nice. We had driven from home depot and realized we didn’t strap the water heater correctly, so we stopped abruptly at McCoys to ask for help and he came out to help secure it no hesitation. Very nice gentleman”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As a loyal customer of Ferguson, I can confidently say that the only reason the Murray family continues to choose this supply house is because of our exceptional salesman, Thomas Travis. His dedication to going above and beyond makes all the difference in our experience. Thomas is not only extremely knowledgeable about the products, but he is also incredibly friendly and genuinely cares about our needs. He always takes the time to provide insightful recommendations and solutions, often before we even have to ask. His smart and kind approach to sales sets him apart from anyone else we've worked with in the industry. As long as Thomas is at Ferguson, we will continue to rely on him and the outstanding service he provides. Thank you, Thomas, for making every visit a pleasure! You truly are the reason we keep coming back!”

“What separates you from buying from one company over another? Customer service I believe is paramount these days! Derrick Samford in my opinion is cream of the crop! I broke a window that was bought at another location. He found the insert and just like he said I had another one on its way. Piece of cake. Thanks Derrick”
