“Had a defective AO SMITH hot water, they gave us a hard time about returning it since one of their techs didn’t troubleshoot it. We live a 100 miles from the nearest AO Tech. Took it back to Lowe’s in Kerrville, TX. Ashley, ADA & Frank stepped up and stood behind it. As a long time Lowe’s customer I was so impressed with these three.
