“What a great experience! We visited David Simpson at his SIMPCO office on Junction highway between Kerrville and Ingram, TX. He was very transparent from start to finish.We ordered a shed and then found out it was too big. It would not fit through the two security gates to our property. At least we measured before they built and delivered the shed. As a result, we downsized to a shed that fit through the gates. The shed was built but there was confusion at Circle C builders. The driver thought it was not ready the day we expected it to be delivered. After that was cleared up we rescheduled. When that day came, the driver's truck (Jeff's truck) engine died. Each time, I think the shed was moved around Circle C's yard. We rescheduled a third time. When it was delivered we were thrilled but it turned to disappointment. We were disappointed to find the shed was beat up, perhaps even twisted. A soffit board was practically split in two, hundreds of nails, inside were half way in the wood, nails on the exterior were popping loose, the roof vents were bent to h***, and damage was caused to the exterior for picking it up and moving it so many times at Circle C. Mind you, my wife and I wanted the best and paid attention to the details. We thought we were stuck with it, though. Before the driver, Jeff Koehn, left, we called David Simpson. He asked if we could reject it. Say what? He said we could reject it and he will order another one. That is what we did. David and Jeff decided to leave the first shed on our land and swap it out when the replacement shed was delivered. While waiting for the replacement shed, I called David and found out he had a family emergency. These things happen but we wanted to talk to someone. We ended up talking to Steven the shop manager at Circle C. Steven assured us the replacement shed will be built with high quality and will be thoroughly inspected. David sent an inspector. Steven inspected it. Steven also asked Jeff to inspect it. Jeff delivered the replacement shed and it was built with pride and quality. We paid the balance what we owed immediately. We are so happy with the customer service from David Simpson, at SIMPCO, to the Derskin Rep, to Steven at Circle C builders, to Jeff and his son Nicolas delivering the shed. I will not hesitate to recommend SIMPCO and to order from them again and again.”
