“I have been going to Tri-State for years for all my batteries. As luck would have it I needed to replace the house batteries on my RV. I was going to replace them with the same brand, but explained to me that the quality of the ones I was replacing had gone down significantly. They sold me another set that was made in the US and I am very happy with them. They tell you like it is and give you accurate information about what to buy. Great customer service and there are always willing to answer all my questions. They even take old batteries for recycling.”

“Relative called about the parts and gave them all information. Said they had them. When I got there I had to call relative to have to tell them what was needed again. I was informed they don't get parts ready or make notes on parts calls. Kind of understandable since some people won't show up for them. Just inconvient for pickup person.”
