She sat for almost 2 days at EZ Mart in Kilgore while I tried to find a way to get to her and help her.When Juan heard about her situation, he came to her car at the EZ mart, determined the tire that she needed for her car, installed the tire and then refused payment for it bc he just wanted to help.I can't believe that this man, a stranger to me and my mother, would drop everything he was doing at his business to help a random person broken down at the store.Please bring this man your business. When I had to buy new phone had to change my email and pass word ford never transfered my Fordpass points so I was charged for server to my car and that isn't right. If Ford treats the people that way after I bought one of their cars then I wish I had never bought my car from Ford.”
