I go to this location every few weeks, but of the three thrift stores in Kilgore, I like this one the least. It has a friendly staff, clean store, and good environment, but the prices are very high. You can expect to pay close to retail on most household items, and sometimes even more. The clothes are more reasonably priced.

Very clean and no bad smells, employees are friendly and greet you and let you know which color tags are on sell, shelf’s are full of nice and eye catching items bathroom and dressing rooms are clean, clothing is organized and lots of variety, lots of sizes in footwear. The parking lot is easy to get in and out.

This Goodwill is a great place to shop! The store is clean and the staff is always a pleasure. This Goodwill is definitely a plus compared to others I WILL NOT shop at.

Best Goodwill we've been to in a while! Clean, nice atmosphere. Clothing is all hung nicely. Great prices. I've seen diff prices at diff goodwill but this one has the best so far for clothing for sure. Will be back soon.. Def recommend this one.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Tracy, a goodwill worker who left a lasting impression. Tracy’s exceptional responsibility and kindness were evident throughout my experience. She went above and beyond to assist, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Her dedication to her work and compassionate demeanor truly make a positive impact. I highly commend Tracy for her outstanding service at Goodwill.

I want to send a huge thank you to Tracy at this Goodwill location for making this a clean and comfortable place to shop. She pays attention to the details and does an amazing job of making this a great place to shop for everyone. She does this by going above and beyond the basic job duties and enforcing the policies of Goodwill in a nice and respectful way. We need more people like Tracy that care enough about their job to do things the right way even when it is uncomfortable. It’s great to see when people bring personal excellence to their job.
