The best Goodwill I’ve ever been to. It is so clean and the employees are so helpful and so nice. They always have the best selection and the best prices! I always have a good experience when I go.

Kilgore, worse thrift store ever. People are rude. Not a friendly place to shop.

It's all based on who donates what maybe if more donated there would be more of a variety to choose from

Tracy is rude and miserable. She got mad because my kids were having fun & playing with toys (which I always make sure are picked up before we leave) this isn’t the first time she’s done that either, I’ve NEVER had a problem at any other store but this one. She said it was store policy but it isn’t posted anywhere so?

They wouldn’t take back a coffee maker I bought from a different goodwill store that didn’t work.

Over priced, no public restrooms and "sorry for the inconvenience" but goodwill doesn't sell display items either. Mind blowing that people still donate to goodwill.

Friendly people. Great prices on some things, but other things are priced almost like new.

Good Will is to help people, you can find some great deals, but prices for most things are rediculas in Kilgore

You must watch the cashier ' cause I've been over charged there more than once and you cannot tell what they rang up or if you got the appropriate discounts. Their receipts are not easy to figure out, on purpose, I think.
