“Here's a polished, enthusiastic review you could post:
I had an outstanding experience at the U-Haul location in Longview, Texas! From the moment I arrived, Manager Nick and employee Ethan provided exceptional customer service. They were both professional, friendly, and genuinely committed to making my pickup quick and stress-free.
Nick made sure everything was organized and explained the rental process clearly, while Ethan went above and beyond by ensuring the trailer was clean, ready to go, and answering all of my questions with patience and a great attitude. Their teamwork and attention to detail really stood out.
It's refreshing to receive service from people who truly care about their customers. Especially after a 12hr ride in and turn around 12hr ride back. Thanks to Nick and Ethan, my rental experience was smooth, efficient, and enjoyable. I highly recommend this U-Haul location to anyone in the Longview area. Keep up the excellent work!”
“The staff working there is outstanding. When I have an problem with my truck they don't lag around to fix it . That's just my opinion, I will always take my truck there.”
“Andrew gave a stellar effort today and got my 6 active faults taken care of. Hat is off to him. If you have an after treatment problem I recommend making a call to Ryder Longview to see if he can get you in. He actually likes working on it so that's a huge plus, and he knows his stuff.Thank you Andrew!! A++”
“The problem a had was NOT with Kilgore Muffler, their service was great. The problem I had was with UHaul corporate. I reserved a truck, one way from Houston to Longview (a week and a half early) and my reservation was canceled. I only found out when I called to have an auto transport trailer added. The rep on the phone told me that they had no 26' trucks available, and I told him he needed to find me one between Longview and Houston. I also told him I would not pay miles due to their mistake. As it is, I had a huge fuel expense, with no compensation, due to UHaul Corporate poor customer service practices. Hats off to Kilgore Muffler for their help.”
