“One of the local mechanics that Oreileys knows on a first name basis helped me find the right tail light for my F350 cause the cashier that knew him was busy with another customer and on phone getting help finding what store had what customer needed. Once I got my bulbs, she was able to assist me with payment. It is a good day for me.”

“Brian & John were awesome!! I was warned about a headlight being out & not to drive or I would get a ticket & just so happened to me next to O'Reily & thought they were closed but Brian approached me outside & asked if I needed assistance & I did as my fat hand couldn't fit thru the headlight hole. It wasn't easy for Brian but he was persistent & managed to get the headlight out & found me a new one but I was really in a financial crunch & didn't think I could get it but then John came to the counter & Blessed me with $5 out of his wallet which really put a tear in my eye & then Brian said I will put in the new headlight even tho I could tell they were closing. Suffice to say I was able to drive all night & get to work. This store will be my parts store for now on!! What a team Brian & John make & that kind of service is extremely hard to find most anywhere. Thanks again!!!”
