“Both of my headlights went out at the same time and it was gonna storm. I walked into O’Reilly’s and right away the assistant manager Ann greeted me and asked what I needed. I told her and I showed her a picture of what I thought I needed and she took me right to the product!! She help me set up an account so I’d start earning points and then came outside with me and demonstrated how to change out my own lightbulbs ! She did one and I did the other, and then she looked at my wiper blades and showed me how to change out the one that needed replacing. Overall, the experience was top-notch. I walked away, not only with the products that I need, but with the knowledge and the confidence to drive safely down the road. I’m going to tell everyone who needs anything done to come to this particular O’Reilly’s because the assistant manager goes above and beyond !! She could’ve just sold me my products and let me walk out the door but instead she chose to educate me and empower me so that I would be a safe driver. Assistant manage Ann, if you read this, thank you so much you’ll never know how much this meant to me!!! Y’all go check them out!!!”

“After going to AutoZone and Advanced Auto Parts and getting awful customer service and minimal assistance, I went to this O’Reilly Auto Parts store. From the start, I was cordially greeted by Bradley and he assisted me to get my car battery tested and replaced. I highly recommend this place and can say I will be a returning customer. If you are looking for excellent, knowledgeable customer service, this is the place. ?”

“We went in tonight right before closing to pick up some light bulbs for our tail light and headlight that both went out. Christian helped us quickly find the right bulbs and we were on our way when he said he could help us install them! This was so perfect and a blessing we couldn’t have imagined! We are so grateful for O’Reillys. Especially this one! Thanks.”
