“Both of my headlights went out at the same time and it was gonna storm. I walked into O’Reilly’s and right away the assistant manager Ann greeted me and asked what I needed. I told her and I showed her a picture of what I thought I needed and she took me right to the product!! She help me set up an account so I’d start earning points and then came outside with me and demonstrated how to change out my own lightbulbs ! She did one and I did the other, and then she looked at my wiper blades and showed me how to change out the one that needed replacing. Overall, the experience was top-notch. I walked away, not only with the products that I need, but with the knowledge and the confidence to drive safely down the road. I’m going to tell everyone who needs anything done to come to this particular O’Reilly’s because the assistant manager goes above and beyond !! She could’ve just sold me my products and let me walk out the door but instead she chose to educate me and empower me so that I would be a safe driver. Assistant manage Ann, if you read this, thank you so much you’ll never know how much this meant to me!!!
