Amada was great enough to message me with an update along the way when they were waiting for a part to be delivered to complete the repair. The truck looks brand new. “I found this place with a 5-star review on Yelp so I decided to give it a try. The mechanic Darrin was very easygoing and accommodating. He fixed my catalytic converter with reasonable charge. They do diagnose for free and give you a detailed report, you can leave with the report if you have a second thought or just wanna get different quotes from other shops. (Some places in Killeen would ask for money just to run diagnosis). Came in later for multiple times cause my rmp raves up at random, and Darrin did multiple tests to locate the issue. I really appreciate it.I had a very positive experience with Best Body and Paint, I don't really leave Google Reviews but BBP went beyond and above, I'd recommend this place.”

“Took my truck in to get a door ding repaired after I made several attempts to fix it myself. I work in the oil fields and my truck gets really dirty. So I took my truck in to Tony's, and they did a nice job on the door, and blended the paint nicely. But what REALLY GOT ME was the fact that they took the time to clean my trashed truck, both inside and out! I was dreading having to clean my truck once I got it back but when I picked it up I was so pleasantly surprised that they had cleaned all the dust off the dash and door panels and vacuumed the seats!Additionally, they had promised to have my truck finished in about a week and a half. They got it done in 3 days! I love these guys. They're one of the few businesses in Killeen who know how to work and how to give good customer service! I'm thoroughly impressed!”

“I was very happy with the results of the paint project. For the price I paid I really can't say much negative. I removed many trim pieces and accessories from the car prior to the project, I feel if I didn't do this they would not have. I wish there was a more expensive $4,000 tier where slight imperfections were ironed out during the paint and clearcoat process as there was clearly room for improvement; I was surprised they didn't offer me any upsells.
The only thing I would do differently is call the shop manager every few days to check progress. With so many cars to turn around I feel my project was low priority because I didn't stay on top of the situation. I would do this again, and I would recommend Maaco to other folks who need their car to be refreshed at an affordable price.”

“Our cargo trailer come off of the hitch ball on the tollway and bashed into the back of our new GMC Sierra Denali truck. The back sensors were damaged as well as other damage. I felt that even though it might cost more to take it to a GMC dealerships, we needed to get those sensors replaced and properly calibrated to get the backup warning, parking assist, and other safety systems to work again. Well Michael Smith gave me an estimate that included the new sensors that was competitive with a other body shops. And they didn't have the computer equipment to align the back sensors. We brought the truck in on a Monday morning, hoping that the repairs included painting and sensors would be done by Friday for a trip that needed the truck. Mike prioritized the work and had everything done by Wednesday afternoon. The truck looks like new and the truck no longer complains of the system's sensors. We were pleasantly surprised and would recommend working Mike Smith to anyone looking to repair a GMC vehicle.”

“Robert was on time and repaired my damage professionally in my own driveway. He was done quickly and was communicative throughout the process. Some minor flaws after paintwork was complete (some of which is my fault) that Robert said he would come back after the cure to cut and polish the finish to mirror.
