Worst bank! Worst experience ever had with a bank . Told me I pulled money out and I never saw that money in my other account. So where did it go ? Smdh people work to hard and with this economy.

PHONES should not be by personal data i am contacting hr Harker Heights about this. I am more impressed by Harker heights location then this one. I understand they are kids but if there by bank statements they need to have phones up and turned off especially that one kid all way laughing and Gossiping in a work environment.

I was in the other day to do a Western Union transaction, the music was loud, the teller was singing to the songs, which I thought was very unprofessional, her attention was on the music and not the customer, I told her which account to use but apparently didn't hear because she used the wrong one. If this is your customer service, I will be changing banks. Don't forget there are people who have hearing problems, did you ever consider them?

I don’t have a problem with this bank because I don’t bank with them nor do I do any kind of business with them at all. My problem is their employees on every corner of HEB. I mean do you really think if people want to change their bank they’ll go shop at HEB hoping to catch one y’all’s employees to get information? No!! They go straight to the bank of their choice. I mean the reason why I’m at a grocery store is to get groceries and go home and make dinner for my family. This is the second time I’ve been stopped by these people and I don’t appreciate it. The first time I was stopped by Hispanic lady. She asked if I have a second so I said very politely I’m kind of in a hurry. She insist on saying oh no it’s not gonna take long. I asked what is this about she said she works for the bank and so I said I’m interested I already have a bank. She asked who do I bank with so I said USAA and she proceed to tell me that she banks with them to and was going to tell me all the problem and that’s when i stopped her.
Today 9/92024, while I I was busing looking at the inside of the fridge for some peas I hear someone say “HOLA” didn’t think that it was towards me. Then she the same young lady says hello!! Before I turned around she said oh she’s…. Wasn’t able to catch her last sentence. I turned around and said I don’t speak Spanish the young man who was with her giggled. She proceed to to say oh we’re with the bank… I said I already have a bank she said oh don’t you want have a bank that’s convenient??im like no. She goes if you ever change your mind?? Stop harassing people who are just trying to buy their groceries and go home. Not planning to change my bank anytime soon so good luck.

Although there was this one time they took someone I love away but I guess they were only trying to make sure my friend was safe so it's cool. Thanks!

Based on my experience dealing with the customer service department and their incredibly limiting bank policies, I'd encourage looking for a more customer-centric business to bank with.

I opened my account on the 6th. Still no bank card. Now I fly out and will be gone from the 24th till the 13th and they tell me to go in and get another temp card. You can not use to order food. Not real impressed with customer service after spending 20 mins waiting and then be told I can pay extra to agave it expitited to me. That takes 3 days. It's Monday I leave on Thursday. Yeah that's not gonna happen. Wish I had just stayed with wells fargo. Hard to believe there is a bank that makes wells fargo look good

You mise well go to another bank instead of here. They will do the bare minimum to please your financial needs. I always go here have problems, but then go to another branch and they can all a sudden fix my problems. You all need to do better and be better. Dealing with ya'll is the reason I am leaving this bank.

They are not a good bank. They definitely don't protect your account. I had to report them to the better business essay bureau. They allow fraud with absolutely no attempt to help. I was also Denied a business account with my EIN number and LLC articles of organization. I went to Bank of America after a month of them lying saying they need more paper work. BOA had my business account open within 30 minutes and it's 2 years and run I g successfully. I only keep FNBT because I have all my bills on bill pay from that account. They are definitely trash
