I opened my account on the 6th. Still no bank card. Now I fly out and will be gone from the 24th till the 13th and they tell me to go in and get another temp card. You can not use to order food. Not real impressed with customer service after spending 20 mins waiting and then be told I can pay extra to agave it expitited to me. That takes 3 days. It's Monday I leave on Thursday. Yeah that's not gonna happen. Wish I had just stayed with wells fargo. Hard to believe there is a bank that makes wells fargo look good

You mise well go to another bank instead of here. They will do the bare minimum to please your financial needs. I always go here have problems, but then go to another branch and they can all a sudden fix my problems. You all need to do better and be better. Dealing with ya'll is the reason I am leaving this bank.

They are not a good bank. They definitely don't protect your account. I had to report them to the better business essay bureau. They allow fraud with absolutely no attempt to help. I was also Denied a business account with my EIN number and LLC articles of organization. I went to Bank of America after a month of them lying saying they need more paper work. BOA had my business account open within 30 minutes and it's 2 years and run I g successfully. I only keep FNBT because I have all my bills on bill pay from that account. They are definitely trash

This bank invests most of its resources in acquiring new customers and very little in keeping them, so that when you have a problem and need help there is no one to answer the phone once you get past the directory department.

Came in to make a deposit and gave Gene my old membership card. He asked if I wanted a new card. I said sure I'd appreciate it. Not only did he give me a new card but Gene laminated it for me.Been to many First National Bank locations in the area and Gene is the only employee to ask if I needed a replacement card.Gene is a great asset and a very polite and professional young man. First National Bank is lucky to have Gene as a employee!Thank you again Gene!

From day one of my mortgage loan, this bank has had the worst customer service ever. Each time I try and login to my loan, I cannot. Calling customer service is a long process of being transferred from ill-informed people to the next to the next to the next to the next. I've had the loan for seven years and wanted to receive paper statements each month. I was told they were mailing them, but in seven years I have not ever received one. They are unable to help me login to my account. So, each month, I pay my bill directly from my checking account, blindly. I am on hold currently and have been tossed about from person to person for over an hour now. I don't understand why they cannot fix the statement problem and I don't understand how my login information is always invalid when I try to login and why it's so difficult to fix. I would not recommend this bank to anyone. I am in the process of figuring out exactly how much I owe so I can pay off my mortgage and be done with them.

Authentication system is completely broken. Unable to get to my account. Tried to get a password using the email method and the text message method - neither works. Tried to call support - 58 minutes expected hold time - gave up.

I get to the teller and hand her my Texas driver's license. She types in my information and asks me if it First National or Ft. Hood? If you can't find my information once you have it types into YOUR system that doesn't give me a lot of faith in YOUR system. So I ask her if she has me under a different account. She says "no I'm just having trouble finding you with just your license". Really? None of the other tellers or locations have ever had a problem finding my account with my valid Texas driver's license. So now she exhaling all loud and starts being a little rude. So to help her along and do her job for her I show her my member card that First National gave me. She finds my account and asks "what is it you want"? I hand her my cash and let her know I just want to deposit some money.

I have to stay in motel while water damage is being taken care of in apartment. I went to branch inside HEB + on Trimmier to get quarters for laundry at motel. Since I don’t have an account with them, they wouldn’t do exchange $ for quarters. Guess I can cross off one more bank I won’t transfer to since the move from Austin
