The store, including cheap batteries, small useful things up by the register and starter tools for those who want to learn how to use them before they invest in heirloom tools. An employee helped locate items quickly and great customer service, a great time saver. Durability depends on how customers treat their tools; a $29 sawzall bought ten years ago still cuts, and Clean sawdust out of the housing so it run cooler and longer. Do it for less.
Customer service was great from the folks on the floor and register. They stocked the items i went for. Parking can be a little challenging at times but not horrible.

Love HF. Saw ad in paper and got excited about sale.... It was a future ad. So sad that the power washer we were buying goes on sale in 2 weeks.
