“I hadn’t been to Kohl’s in a while until last Christmas. The store was organized, clean, and easy to get around, even during the holiday rush.
They always have deals, and Kohl’s Cash is a nice bonus. I found some great last-minute gifts without feeling overwhelmed. Overall, it was a smooth, stress-free shopping experience, and I’ll definitely stop by again.”
“There was a very nice lady in the women’s section, her name is Vesna.. she was extremely helpful and nice. She offered to help zip the back of the dresses I tried on and help find me a dress to purchase. Dillards is lucky to have Vesna!”

“This is my favorite place to get gas. It usually has one of the cheapest prices our of Copperas Cove, Harker Heights, and Killeen.The store is a decent size with great prices on snacks & drinks.Downfall-- it can get SUPER busy at the pumps and it turns into a mad house.”
“Now, this Walmart here is one of the nicest and cleanest stores that I have visited. I actually did some shopping in here to replace blinds in my apartment unit, but the blinds weren't the right size. So, I took them back. But this store smells good and every time I went in there to get a rent check, it was clean too. Now, this does not change on how I feel about Walmart overall, but I will go to this one until its time for me to relocate.”

“I've been going here for years and not once have I ever had an employee ask to help take my groceries to the car. I ended up and a register with a kind young lady with a smile ready to help. As she was ringing up my groceries we engaged with each other. Picking up her vibe was outstanding. I had mentioned to for her to not make bags to heavy because I was still healing from surgery and ai couldn't carry a certificate amount of pounds. She had no problem with my request. Then she offered to walk my groceries to my car and unload them. Gloria was this young lady who did an amazing job. Her customer service was genuine and OUTSTANDING! We need more Gloria's, give this girl a raise an advancement.. well deserved! I give her 10 stars ? Thank you Gloria's for your kind service”
“It was a blessing buying stuff for my older son and daughter's Birthdays both in August had lots of choices and great prices.. found just about everything I needed and check out was easy and fast .. everyone was awesome professional and in great spirits.. Blessings to all”

“Went to a graduation at this location it was a very nice venue but the restrooms we inoperable for the entire graduation 3+hrs due to a city line breaking causing the whole block to go without water.”
“Not the worst Walmart I have been to. The laundry soap is NOT "locked" up behind glass. It's pretty clean and organized. Location is great, located next to other stores.”
“I got there at 7 am for my daughter’s bday balloons and Michael promised he’d have them done for me at a later time. I came back at the time he stated and sure enough he had them ready. Moms appreciate little things like this. Michael’s demeanor is that of someone who will make a great future manager/owner of a Dollar General one day. He’s eager to provide 5 star customer service and very polite.”

“It's like Tractor Supply, Cavenders and a gun store had a kid. The people there in the Killeen location are amazing. Corporate could definitely listen to employees though. Rarely do they have new products behind the gun counter but they end up taking my money anyway, lol. Overall, very nice place to shop.”
