It was the first time I had rented an electric car. Jess was very patient with me, explained everything calmly, and was very understanding. She was very nice and very customer-oriented. Very good customer service. I will rent a car from Jess again.

Beside having to switch the original car for another one due to the car needing an immediate oil change, the experience was great! I had no issue at all and the cars were awesome in terms of gas consumption.
