“I got in very late to Austin TX and though I had a reservation, every thing was closed. An associate was still there, after hours and instead of being rude, grumpy and leaving, she went out of the way to get me into a vehicle to finish my trip to Killeen. This was around three in the morning..thanks to Frontier for being so...ugh..Frontier. (never flying them again). Anyway, the young woman's name was Ellie and she was just incredibly kind, helpful, cheerful, and funny. Like, who is that awesome at such an ungodly hour? Ellie...that's who.

“Unfortunately, when we arrived, the company didn’t have the correct vehicle that we reserved through the national center however, the local call the local office specifically Jessica was incredibly helpful and making our trip work although National didn’t book us correctly”

“Found my living room set online, contacted CAT at my local RAC to put in my order. CAT was very helpful to place my special order through Ashley. About 2 weeks later or less my furniture was in my house. Made my last payment on my washer/dryer and the new living room set all at the same time thanks to CAT.”
