I made the mistake of going through a 3rd party to rent my vehicle, but he was right there to assist my dad and I with any question we had. Definitely worth over a 5 star service!! Will definitely be back and highly recommend!”
“Our rental agreement was with Alamo but we actually dealt exclusively with the Enterprise desk in person. Matthew was very patient and helpful. We ended up getting an Audi for a great price. We actually didn't want a luxury car but it was all they had and we weren't charged any extra. In fact we got a great deal on a weekly rental by adding an extra day, oddly enough. Our experience was very positive.”

“I rented here 2 different times and both times the car I reserved and paid for in advance isn't available. The 1st time She kept offering me a truck, then another associate offered an upgrade. I made my pickup time for when they opened, and again, will have to take something else. I know it's an upgrade, so I appreciate it, but this car just didn't work for me. I couldn't adjust the seat enough and had to sit on a pillow. Also the car was so uncomfortable, we couldn't use it while I was visiting so it just sat at my sister's house instead of being driven.This particular rental was very stained and not very clean inside. I don't rent enough to know if you can refuse a vehicle and since you walk out and locate it yourself, there is no one to ask.It's not a Bad experience, it's just not a smooth experience. I'm sure the associate did what she has been trained to do.”
