“I got in very late to Austin TX and though I had a reservation, every thing was closed. An associate was still there, after hours and instead of being rude, grumpy and leaving, she went out of the way to get me into a vehicle to finish my trip to Killeen. This was around three in the morning..thanks to Frontier for being so...ugh..Frontier. (never flying them again). Anyway, the young woman's name was Ellie and she was just incredibly kind, helpful, cheerful, and funny. Like, who is that awesome at such an ungodly hour? Ellie...that's who.

“Jessica at Avis provided exceptional customer service. I originally had a reservation with Hertz, but despite arriving before closing, no one was there to assist me, and I was unable to reach anyone using the number provided.
Jessica went above and beyond by waiting to make sure I was taken care of. She was able to secure a rental car for me for the entire week, and I was incredibly grateful for her willingness to help. What could have been a stressful situation was made so much easier because of her kindness and excellent customer service. Thank you, Jessica!”
