Mayo Autoworks #1 provides outstanding and great experiences for major repairs and vehicle work. The labor is reasonably priced and the staff is always upfront about which repairs need to be done and which can wait. They are very professional, customer service friendly, and walk customers through everything every step of the way. The shop is clean and they take care of vehicles in no time, often going above and beyond. The technicians are amazing, very knowledgeable, and explain problems clearly. Customers report feeling taken care of and state they will return, giving their business to the shop for now on.
I stopped by Mayo Auto Works just a few minutes before they were about to close because the shield underneath my radiator was dragging. Even though it was the end of the day, they were incredibly helpful and didn’t hesitate to assist me. Everyone I interacted with was very nice, professional, and accommodating.

Low tire pressure symbol popped on. I walked in and got a quick diagnosis and a very reasonable priced repair. Very quick , pleasant service. I always love the eclectic and respectful waiting room decor.
