“We just had the best packout and loading with AJ's. Our last military related move was horrendous and my nerves were on edge anticipating this one. Both the packing and loading crews were professional, courteous and helpful. The bantering back and forth between the loading guys made for lots of laughs and a relaxed vibe in my house. Everything was wrapped with superb detail and all items were labeled appropriately. Can't say enough great things about them!”

I attempted to do an early drop off at another location, which happened to be closed for 3 days, and she assisted me in calling Uhaul dispatch, who also wasn't tracking me turning in my equipment. After all the mess, Bobbie handled it very professionally, and I was able to do a successful turn in of my equipment.”
